I am a queer photographer from Salt Lake City. One of my favorite subjects to represent in photos is the lived experience of people in the LGBTQ+ community. With the hostile shift in the political climate and the call for the erasure of transgender people, I felt compelled to share these photos of trans people. There is beauty in embracing one's identity, and I'm not afraid to be myself when I look at these photos.
