Among the bug infested trees, life finds a way. I stumbled upon a tree that looked like it had been devoured by insects. While the nature of the tree bark was fascinating, what caught my eye the most was the sight of new growth protruding from the stump of the tree. It gave me the thought that no matter what troubles we run into in our lives, we grow from the experiences we encounter.
