My work explores the relationship between light, form, and texture to create unique and evocative visual experiences. I employ a deep appreciation for the natural world as well as the man-made environment, seeking out moments of unexpected beauty in the world around me. I am drawn to the transformative power of abstraction, which allows me to strip away the particulars of a scene or object and reveal its essence. Ultimately, my goal as an artist is to create images that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant, inviting viewers to engage with the world around them in a deeper and more meaningful way. Through my work, I hope to inspire a sense of wonder and appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the world we inhabit.
