Floral wire twisted and contorted into the form of a bonsai tree. The base is a deep amethyst geode with a painted black exterior. There isn't a specific meaning towards the creation or existence of this art-piece, I just thought that the colors looked well with each other.

Artist Statement
I'm just a computer science major at Salt Lake Community Collage. I don't do well with drawing or anything that uses a writing utensils, but I can work well with my hands. I had a good time with wood working and more recently wire. I find 3D works have good depth and character in comparison with it's 2D counterparts.
