Mountain goats are the largest mammal to exist in high altitude environments, and constantly spend their lives in harsh conditions. The Wasatch front, where these particular goats live, is at risk of a devastating environmental collapse if the Great Salt Lake dries up. Efforts need to be made to provide the Great Salt Lake with the necessary flow of water to maintain a sustainable ecosystem in the Salt Lake Valley.

A portion of this sale will be going to Friends of the Great Salt Lake to support their inspiring work in fighting for the lake.

Artist Statement
Andrew finds his flow within an ecosystem, he is not only observing it- he is a part of it. From the vastness of a complete biosphere, to a small organism on a rock, Andrew finds beauty in every twist and turn of his environment. Andrew's goal with his photography is to show others the wonders of the natural world and to appreciate the small things. Textures really stimulate Andrew's creative mind, and there is little more satisfying than adequately capturing a texture, energy, or vibe in a photo.
