Astro Koi
This drawing was created with the intenion of both mashing up previous artworks, and essentially competing with my past self to produce something more impressive. It was illustrated using posca paint markers on a canvas, and coated in an epoxy resin.

Artist Statement
When I was a little kid I would look at a piece of art and think, wow I wish I could do that. I rediscovered my love of art in 2018 and have been practicing/exploring different mediums and styles ever since. I really like the mental challenge of figuring out how to compose a piece of artwork, and I look forward to pushing myself and improving. Currently my favorite mediums are white charcoal and black ink.
